Terms

Use this free tool as a preparation aid, not as a guarantee that a particular sign-in will succeed.

What the tool does

Passkey Extension Check reports local browser capability, identifies known password-manager extensions from available metadata, accepts your manual confirmations, and produces a recovery checklist.

Important limits

The tool cannot test a credential for a real account, enumerate every operating-system or browser credential provider, bypass organization policy, or guarantee compatibility. Keep an existing session and verified recovery method while changing authentication settings.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for backups, recovery codes, organization policy, account changes, and deciding whether to disable software. Do not remove your last working login method based only on this report.

Warranty

The software is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, as described in the MIT License. To the extent allowed by law, its authors are not liable for account loss or other damages arising from use.

Acceptable use

Do not use the tool to misrepresent a security guarantee, interfere with managed systems, or violate applicable law. These terms may be updated with a new effective date.
